Returns

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item(s) are delivered safely.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) to ensure that they meet our return policy requirements. If the item(s) are eligible for a refund, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a replacement item or a refund. If you receive the wrong item, we’ll also work with you to arrange for an exchange.

Cancelled Orders

International Orders
